Do we use subcontractors?

Yes we do, and this is a hugely important part of the way I've built my business, that I created a dedicated page, outlining the reasons why, along with the pro's and cons, so you can decide for yourself, if my business model is right for you

What areas do you cover?

In most cases, we only work in Southampton and the surrounding areas (Fareham, Portsmouth, New Forest etc)

However, in certain circumstances, we may travel slightly further, as long as the work justifies it. We have more than enough work here so there is no real justification for us to expand our reach

Are we like most Tradesmen, whereby we run multiple jobs at the same time, and therefore stop & start jobs?

Yes & No, let us explain

Yes we do run multiple jobs simultaneously (simply due to demand) but no, we don't stop and start jobs and here's how we do that

We have dedicated teams on every job and they are 100% responsible for seeing their particular job through to completion, before they start another one

That is non negotiable within our business because bathrooms get a lot of use and in a lot of cases, not having access to it for a long period of time, causes stress, so we do whatever we possibly can to avoid that

Among many other things, we pride ourselves on seeing through every single job, from start to finish, without any unnecessary delays, as we want to give you the greatest possible experience throughout the project

The only occasions you won't see anyone onsite, is if the room needs time to dry before the next step in the process (for example: plastering)
